Statement by Two Trees Media of commitment to the National Privacy Principles (Australia, 2006)

1. Collection. Two Trees Media only collects such personal information as is necessary to provie its services. Personal information is always requested from the site visitor. Details about Two Trees Media and contact details are available on the site.
2. Two Trees Media uses collected personal information only for directly-related purposes in a way that would be expected by site visitors.
3. Two Trees Media ensures that the personal information gathered is accurate, complete and up to date by maintaining databases.
4. Two Trees Media is able to protect the personal information from misuse, loss and unauthorized access, modification or disclosure.
5. Two Trees Media upholds the right of each individual to appropriate management of personal information and places ourselves in the individual’s position when using personal information.
6. Two Trees Media’s customers have access to information held about themselves except for the exceptions listed in principle 6 of the National Privacy Principles.
7. Two Trees Media is not connected with any other agency and so does not receive information except through individuals themselves.
8. Apart from making online payments where a name is required, individuals participating with Two Trees Media may at their discretion use anonymous names.
9. Transborder flow of information only applies to purchasers, who are required to supply a name and email address for the purchase and there is inherent consent.

For financial transactions we use the financial institution PayPal for secure processing of payments.
